ABOUT
Seán Costello Solicitors was founded by Seán Costello in 2001 and is a medium sized general law practice. We are pleased to provide a full range of legal services to our clients as set out in our practice areas.
We are centrally located in Smithfield, Dublin 7, on the Luas line and the Quays and a short distance from the Four Courts.
All of our Solicitors are members of the Law Society of Ireland and the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.
MEET OUR SOLICITORS
Seán Costello
Seán Costello is the Senior Partner of the firm who qualified as a Solicitor in 1994. The practice was established by Seán in 2001 and Seán specialises in litigation including Personal Injury, Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Judicial Review. Seán has advised on several high profile cases and has acted for large representative associations and semi-state bodies.
Seán is also qualified as an accredited mediator
Andrew Freeman
Andrew Freeman graduated from Trinity College in 2000 with an MA in English Literature and French. He joined the firm in 2003 and qualified as a Solicitor in January 2006. Andrew became a partner in the firm in 2018. Andrew practices extensively in the areas of employment law and litigation to include personal injury, commercial litigation and protected disclosures.
Michelle Egan
Michelle Egan graduated with an Honours Degree in Business and Legal Studies and thereafter obtained a Distinction in her Masters in European Law from University College Dublin. Michelle joined the firm in 2005 and qualified as a Solicitor in 2007. Michelle specialises in Defamation, Employment Law, Family Law, Health & Safety, Probate, Wills & Estates, Licensing, Medical Negligence, Personal Injury, Road Traffic Law and general litigation. Michelle is also a member of the Law Society of England and Wales.
Rachel Williams
Rachel joined Sean Costello Solicitors in 2021 and has been working closely with partners, associates and solicitors in relation to conveyancing, wills and probate matters. Rachel completed a Diploma in Professional Legal Studies at Independent College, Dublin in 2016. She has gained a wealth of experience in residential conveyancing, re-mortgaging, wills and probate and the creation and registration of enduring powers of attorney together with wardship applications.
